FREE Online classes
We are offering free online classes in Pilates, Yoga, Mindfulness, African Drumming and Seated Yoga and Relaxation.
To join a class please download Zoom.us to your device (see links below)
Click on the buttons below to register and join the "meeting" of the class(es) you wish to join.
All participants will join a waiting room before the class starts and will be muted on joining.
You will have the option to start your video or keep it off - we would love to see you but no worries if not!
Have a practice beforehand if you can.
Classes are free but you are welcome to donate if you are able.

An Introduction to Mindfulness
Join us for our Mindfulness sessions each week, using a range of techniques including meditation and breathwork to help us connect with ourselves, develop ease and calm and be in the present moment. Beginners always welcome. Join anytime.

African Drumming & Percussion
All levels welcome - if you have not got a drum or any percussion instruments don't worry, Richard will be helping you find something creative to use in your home such as an upturned wastebasket, stool, metal container and wooden spoon etc.
Chair based Yoga and Relaxation
To help you improve your flexibity, mobility, energy levels and relaxation, come and join us for this relaxing chair based class run by Jane and Ben.
