Community Involvement

World Jungle has successfully raised over £400,000, managing funded projects working with all sectors of the community including young and old, ethnic minorities, vulnerable and isolated, special needs and young families. Projects have included promoting awareness of other cultures and intercultural dialogue, adult education and community learning, community development, raising awareness of environmental issues, promoting health and wellbeing, protecting/developing public spaces and supporting those most vulnerable.
We have delivered projects on behalf of the public sector and third sector, including for social housing providers, major charities and regional and national support organisations. World Jungle has delivered major Lottery and grant-funded programmes including the BIG Lottery, European Social Fund, capital and revenue grants and programmes.
